Van Vlissingen and Co. Closes On 2.42 acre
Van Vlissingen and Co. sold a 2.42 acre site to the
entrance of The Corporate Woods at the Southwest corner of Milwaukee
Avenue and Woodlands Parkway. This site is adjacent to the Homestead
Village Hotel and offers safe ingress and egress with an existing
traffic signal. The site was purchased by the Lincolnshire-Riverwoods
Fire Protection District for a new fire station. The new station is in
addition to their existing facility and allows them to better serve the
northern portion of their district.

sale of 700 Hickory Hill Drive in Vernon Hills. The 30,400 sq. ft.
office/warehouse building is part of The Corporate Woods. The purchaser
Precision Resource is relocating from within the park to meet their growth
needs and subsequently will be placing an addition to the building. The
purchaser was represented by Brett Kroner of CBRE.
