Lincolnshire Corporate Center is a 330-acre mixed-use real estate development consisting of offices, office/research, and high tech/light industrial space, as well as two freestanding restaurants, a day-care center and a planned hotel facility. Primary park construction began in 1983 and over 30 buildings have been completed to-date. In total, there is approximately 3.5 million square feet of space, with an approximate ratio 75% office space to 25% high tech/light industrial space.
