The Corporate Woods, our most recent development, has also been extremely successful. The Corporate Woods is a 340-acre mixed-use project consisting of offices, office research, high tech/light industrial, and distribution space, as well as a planned restaurant and hotel facility. The project began in 1987 and is now approximately 65% developed. To date, over 60 buildings have been completed within the park totaling approximately 3 million square feet. This project is approximately 25% office and 75% light industrial/distribution.

Major tenants within The Corporate Woods include Paslode and Signode (divisions of ITW), Tetra Pak, Mitsubishi, ZF of North America, Zebra Technologies Corp., Scotsman Refrigeration Products, Fuji USA, Hasbro, Oil-Dri, Richard Wolfe Medical Instruments Corporation, Masco, American Tool and Household International.
