LAKE ZURICH, IL – Van Vlissingen and Co. represented Schultz Brothers Real Estate in the leasing of 116,925 sq. ft. of industrial space at 800 Church Street in Lake Zurich, Illinois to CTI Industries, which is a manufacturer of home storage pouches and systems, foil balloons, latex balloons, novelty items and printed and laminated films. CTI was represented by CTK Chicago Partners. The new Lake Zurich facility is one of the largest industrial leases in Lake County this year and will serve as a second location for warehousing and fulfillment activities relating to CTIs storage and balloon product lines.
