Pure Health Solutions, Inc., a provider of point of use water purification systems for better than bottled water leased 8,851 sq. ft. at 950 Corporate Woods Parkway in the Corporate Woods business campus in Vernon Hills, IL. This continues a strong industrial space leasing track record for Van Vlissingen in the Corporate Woods. They were represented in the transaction by Terry O’Hara of Lee & Associates. In addition, USG Corporation leased 17,868 sq. ft. at 854-958 Corporate Woods Parkway. They were represented by David Stefancic of Equis. The building’s ownership was represented by Nicholas Panarese of Van Vlissingen and Co.
