This recognition was awarded for the $28 million sale of 777 Hickory Hill Drive in Vernon Hills, a 294,834-square-foot Class A industrial facility situated on more than 9 acres in the sought-after Corporate Woods subdivision.
The transaction was executed by Nicholas Panarese in collaboration with Charles Lamphere (President & CEO) and Gordon Lamphere (Vice President), demonstrating the strength of Van Vlissingen & Co.’s team-based approach to delivering value.
